We provide the ease and convenience of FREE pick-up and delivery of clothes from your home, office or wherever you are within designated routes. This helps you by giving time and flexibility back into your schedule by not having to make special trips to your cleaners. Even if you are efficient with your errands, by “stopping on the way” to somewhere else… why bother? Don’t you deserve better?
How We Process Your Laundry
MALAUNDRY operation is set up to streamline your laundry experience.
Once your request is received, one of our delivery staff will pick up your laundry from your place and deliver them to our processing facility.
Your clothes go through a four step process which ensures professional cleaning:
- Items received are inspected for stains, material defects, and cleaning procedures as recommended by the manufacturers (certain items may be returned).
- Secondly, your clothes are appropriately cleaned.
- Thirdly, your clothes are professionally pressed.
- Finally, your clothes are sorted and packaged for delivery. A staff delivers your clothes to your residence or office.
Our Route Service
You can sign up for our route service. We provide laundry pick-up and delivery from your home, office, or wherever within Yaba, Surulere and Lagos Mainland areas of Lagos State.

At MALAUNDRY, we strive to make our delivery service timely and convenient. The following outlines key elements of our delivery policy to help you understand our business practices.
Pick-up and Delivery Days
Home pick-up and delivery:
– Tuesdays (11am – 4pm)
– Saturdays (1pm – 6pm)
Office pick-up and delivery:
– Thursdays (11am – 4pm)
If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your clothes during the agreed and scheduled days, we will notify you by email or text message and reschedule as soon as practicable. We do not offer refunds or credits in these circumstances.
MALAUNDRY follows standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry cleaners and laundry operators.
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we can not assume responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering, we can not guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. MALAUNDRY’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
We exercise utmost care in processing clothes received to avoid loss or misplacement. However, there will be instances where items may be misplaced or lost. In the event of a loss, clients must report the differences in their laundry count within 24 hours of delivery. MALAUNDRY’s liability with regards to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
Right to Refuse Service
MALAUNDRY reserves the right to reject clothes from clients. You will not be charged for items that are rejected.
MALAUNDRY reserves the right to terminate service and refund clients at any time for any reason. We will notify clients immediately via email or text message.
